Non-Smoking Facilities

 

All DBJ Properties are non-smoking facilities.  There are no exceptions to our non-smoking policy.  The only smoking permitted is outside our houses or apartments in an area that is acceptable to other tenants. Should any other tenants complain about common exterior areas that a specific tenant does smoke in, the tentants or guests that are smoking should be respectful of others and look to  smoke in a low foot traffic area of the property.
